We offer a wide range of dance fitness classes including;
Dance fusion- In these classes pain is gain but fun is the culture -as is a personalized experience! Whether you are learning to dance to get fit, toned and healthy, or to stand out at social events, or just blowing off some steam; these classes will meet your need.
Yoga- In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Triple X- Our triple x class is a crossfit workout that combines 3 exercises for the same muscle group. This method is used for synergistic or antagonistic muscle groups, as the sets are done with little to no rest in between the exercises.
